All event activities (including Plenary Sessions, Meet-the-Expert Sessions, Satellite Symposia, Poster Sessions, Exhibition Area, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered participants. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

The euro is the official currency in Italy. Bank notes come in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 euros. Coin values are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 cents, 1 and 2 euros. Most international credit cards are widely accepted for payment in hotels, restaurants and shops, except for American Express credit cards which are less accepted. Foreign currency may be changed at banks, hotels, airports and in exchange offices. ATM machines are easily available throughout the city and at the airport.

Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit the congress organisers to any kind of financial support or hosting arrangements, nor does it guarantee an entry visa. The congress organizers will not contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be printed in the registration area from Saturday March 25 in the afternoon (the exact time will be communicated during the congress).
