WORLD CONGRESS ON OSTEOPOROSIS, OSTEOARTHRITIS AND MUSCULOSKELETAL DISEASES
We would like, on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (WCO-IOF-ESCEO Florence 2017), to thank you very much for your tremendous participation to the Congress.
We are very proud to inform you that the 17th edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress was a huge success!
- 4082 delegates took part in the largest event in the field of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, frailty and sarcopenia.
- The Scientific Advisory Committee, co-chaired by Professor René Rizzoli and Professor Cyrus Cooper, had an extremely difficult task, to select oral presentations, among 1436 submitted abstracts of the highest quality.
- 601 Awards were distributed during the congress.
We thank you once again for your much appreciated and active participation during the Congress.
The future edition of the WCO-IOF-ESCEO Congress will be held in 2018 in Krakow (Poland). We are eagerly looking forward to counting you among our privileged participants for this future edition.

EUROPEAN ACCREDITATION
The WCO-IOF-ESCEO 2017 Florence Congress was granted 15 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
AMERICAN ACCREDITATION
EACCME credits can be converted to AMA credits for American delegates.
BELGIAN ACCREDITATION
The WCO-IOF-ESCEO Florence 2017 Congress was also granted: 3,5 Belgian CME credits (INAMI/RIZIV) under the numbers 16022048 (CP 0,5), 16022051 (CP 0,5), 16022197 (CP 1), 16022219 (CP 0,5), 16022222 (CP 1) in category 6 “Ethics & Economy” and 12 Belgian CME credits under the number 16025326 in category 4 “International meeting”
